Distribution should extend useful brand information into relevant contexts. A channel is considered when its audience and topic fit the brief and the required publishing permission is in place.
Channel fit comes before placement
We consider the market, topic, audience and publication context. Media material and social content are adapted for the destination rather than treated as identical copies. Partner resource availability is confirmed for the particular engagement; no public inventory count is used as a promised allocation.
Work to agree
- Market and topic criteria for selecting resources.
- Availability, publishing authority and approval requirements.
- Original material suited to the publication context.
- Platform-native social wording and appropriate disclosures.
- Link destinations and measurement conventions.
- Publication records, including the live URL and status when available.
Before content is released
| Check | Record to retain |
|---|---|
| Relevance | Audience, topic and market fit |
| Authority | Permission for the proposed destination and content |
| Disclosure | Commercial or ownership relationship where relevant |
| Approval | Reviewed copy, links and any required reviewer decision |
| Release | Destination, date, URL and actual publication state |
How the relationship is described
Access to a publishing resource is different from a platform partnership or endorsement. Content is not described as an independent review when a relevant commercial or ownership relationship exists. Resource selection and publication remain subject to permissions, review and agreed scope.
What the report can show
A live publication URL documents release. A referral visit needs its own traffic evidence; an AI citation needs a recorded observation. Publication does not guarantee search placement, recommendations, traffic, enquiries or sales. Third-party costs and management work are identified separately in the proposal where applicable.

Manage your release on giteroute.org
Browse the media network, choose publishing services across pages and submit your release from the dashboard. Each listing shows its Credits price and current availability. Staff review the article before the original is published and distribution begins.
Orders and reports record placement progress and actual publication links when supplied. Rejecting a release releases or refunds the applicable Credits under the service terms. External placement availability and delivery channels are checked for each service.
